Problem Note 45381: PROC DB2LOAD does not work with SASĀ® 9.2 WORK library data sets
The DB2LOAD procedure (PROC) might not be able to read input SAS data sets in the WORK library with SAS 9.2. The problem does not occur every time. However, when the problem does occur, the following messages appear in the SAS log:
ERROR: No observations have been read from data set WORK.xxxxx.
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
To work around the issue, use either PROC DBLOAD or use the DB2 LIBNAME engine and a DATA Step to create the DB2 table.
